This website provides information about our computer, laptop and printer sales and repairs, and our website and hosting services, and a way to contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
3. Enquiries, quotes and work
Sending a message through this website, WhatsApp or any other channel is a request only. A price, booking or job is confirmed only when we quote it and you accept. Every job is quoted before any work is done and no work is billed before you approve the price. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Where prices are not shown, they are given on request.
4. Repairs and devices
Bringing a device in for a repair is a request for assessment. We diagnose the fault and give you a written quote before starting work. Please back up your data before handing over any device; we take reasonable care but are not responsible for data loss, and we may need to wipe or reset a device to complete a repair.

If you take up a website or hosting service, the specific scope, timelines and fees are agreed with you separately. This website does not itself create a website or hosting agreement.
